"On Thursday, August 2nd, 2012 at approximately 11:20 P.M.officer conducted a traffic stop for suspicious circumstances (vehicle pulled down a dead end road). Upon making contact with the driver, it was found that his license was expired. The male driver was then taken into custody for Expired driver`s license. Upon searching the driver`s pockets, a small amount of Marijuana was located in his pocket. Upon search the vehicle, a used Methamphetamine smoking pipe was located inside. The male driver was charged with the following charges:- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- M/C- Expired Driver`s License"
