            Description: Vintage 95 vintage 95 one year row use permit. applicant must submit insurance yearly and reapply for new permit/s annually. all equipment must be removed from the right of way within 15 days of notification to remove. sidewalk and patio surfaces, footings, fencing, colonnades, drainage grates, and benches must be reviewed and approved by the city. all structures must be maintained and kept clear of debris and water build up at all times. any and all damage to such structures will be repaired to city standards at owners expense. a permit will be required for any and all such repairs. permanent signage on facades must be maintained at the owners expense and adhere to the 15 day notification of removal. temporary signage and banners cannot be incorporated, attached or hung from any colonnade, canopy, fence, or bench. all temporary sign additions will require city permits. planters and plants must be authorized by an architectural review committee action and maintained according to those requirements. the types of plants shall be compatible with the existing irrigation flows provided to the planter and shall not stain the sidewalks. maintenance responsibilities include trimming, training, fertilizing and replacement of any dead or dying materials so as to keep the planters in good condition at all times. all maintenance to the planters will require a city permit. all mister systems must conform to the following - installation method cannot result in any holes drilled through the colonnade or canopy. all methods of connection shall minimize damage to the colonnade or canopy. attachments to the building and colonnade must leave a small and patchable area. no attachment will be allowed to exiting fencing or water source including backflow preventer or any hose lines. all requirements set forth in city code chapter 46 must be complied with at all times.
