On Monday, October 19, 2015 at approximately 10:29 pm an Officer with the Alvin Police Department was patrolling W South St, when he observed a 2003 black Chevrolet Tahoe run the stop sight located at W South St and Callaway Dr. The Officer conducted a traffic stop and during the investigation it was discovered that the driver, H/M Manuel Aguilar did not possess a Driver`s License. That subject was arrested for NO DL M/C and transported to the Alvin City Jail for the booking process.
