"On July 11, 2014 at approximately 7:08p.m, I was dispatched to 1200 block Carmie Street in Alvin, Texas in reference to suspicious person. Upon arrival, an Alvin Police officer did contact with a local residence. While speaking with resident concerning some suspicious activity; the officer saw a Green Dodge Truck traveling southbound on Moller Drive in Alvin Brazoria County, Texas. The driver of this vehicle did throw a glass bottle from the driver`s side window. The officer did following the vehicle, and the driver turned eastbound on Martin Street. The officer finally saw the vehicle that was stopped in the middle of the roadway on Martin Street. A juvenile h/m was sitting in the front passenger side and detained but not charged. The driver of the vehicle did runaway on foot and was later apprehended by other responding APD officers. The subject was identified as Jorge Guerrero-Frias h/m DOB 03/23/1981 and was transported to the Alvin Police Jail and booked for Driving while Int"
