"On Saturday, 10-18-2014, an Alvin Officer was dispatched to the 1300 block of Cedar East in reference to a Minor Accident. Upon arrival, the Officer made contact with the suspect who had the odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. An investiation occured and the suspect was subsequently taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated with an Open Container M/B. A report was created and forwarded to the Alvin Police Department Criminal Investigation Division."
