Description: Furnish and install 1/2" black steel gas pipe from the existing gas meter to the first floor family room fireplace.

Description: We will be running 1" tracpipe csst pipe from the furnace tee that is currently capped off in the basement ceiling. the pipe will run along the basement ceiling with 1/2" tracpipe branch lines to 3 locations ( the 1st floor living room fireplace, the basement fireplace, and to the kitchen for a future cook top). living room fireplace will run up through ash dump into fire box. basement fireplace pipe will run through new wood framing to new insert. piping for the future kitchen cooktop will be coiled and capped off below the island location for future use. we will run 3/4" tracpipe csst pipe from the new 1" gas pipe to the first floor family room fireplace. this pipe will run across the basement ceiling along the duct work then up through the ash dump into the firebox. the btu's for the new appliances are as follows: (living room fireplace - 42,000), (basement fireplace - 36,000), (family room fireplace - 40,000), (future kitchen cooktop - 73,000).
