Description: Plumbing/commercial/repair/replace sewer line/(see notes)// (online) repair/replace sewer line: excavate approximately 250 ft. long x 3 ft. deep from outside of building to main city sewer on south side of commercial street. install new 4 inch service tap on city main sewer pipe. install approx. 215 linear feet of 4 inch schedule 40 pvc sewer pipe with required clean-out sweeps extended to finished grade on private property. install 35 linear feet of 4 inch sdr 35 gasketed sewer pipe beneath street and sidewalks. connect new service tap & new sewer piping to existing 4 inch a/c sewer pipe near footing outside of building. provide plumbing permit, pressure test, and inspection of new piping and fittings. bed piping with 3/4" chip gravel in roadway easement. cap old sewer line on property.
