Description: Pre2010 821 dock st scoping meeting for shr exemption, wet exemption, sepa: discuss modified or new shoreline permit and building/fire code requirements for the following: the existing shoreline permit was originally to replace the existing boathouses to a covered moorage. the shoreline permit was modified to replace the boathouses with boathouses, not the covered moorage. this existing modified permit has been partially completed as some of the boathouses have been installed. in the place of the rest of the boathouses, the applicant would like to install a covered moorage. the work has not been completed - only some of the boathouses have been replaced. there is not additional overwater coverage. pilings have already been put in under existing and prior permits, no in-water work is now proposed, only over-water. **note: other parcel numbers attached to this record are adjacent to project area (under 11th street bridge)
