Description: Commercial entrance for future commercial building100k warehouse, lot 2 and remaining lands 04/15/04 - entrance has yet to be constructed. j.s., engr. dept. 10/22/04 - entrance has yet to be constructed. j.s., engr. dept. 6/7/06 purge. paperwork found-referred to engineering for inspection-sls 05/12/06 - jessica contacted dick mccleary, applicant and contractor because guardrail has not been installed at the entrance per plan. dick said he will contact p&w about getting this finished up. holding release until guardrail gets installed. 06/15/06 - guardrail at entrance is still not installed. sending letter giving 30 days to have guardrail installed or claim will be made on entrance bond. 07/06/06 - guardrails, etc. was present at site today to complete installation of guardrail at the north entrance as required by plan. entrance is now complete, and bond may be released without claim.
