"On Wednesday, April 16th, 2014 at approximately 9:30 p.m. an Alvin Police Department Officer responded to a residence in the 2700 block of Kings View in reference to a theft. It was reported that an unknown subject had taken the center cap off of the wheel of a vehicle that was parked on the driveway of a residence. The complainant valued the stolen item at $30.00. No suspect information was available at the time the theft was reported."

"A HOME OWNER WALKED INTO THE GARAGE FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE AND OBSERVED A MALE SUBJECT IN THE GARAGE. AFTER NOTIFYING THE SUBJECT OF HIS PRESENTS, THE MALE SUBJECT RAN OUT OF THE GARAGE AND INTO A WAITING VEHICLE AND SPED AWAY FROM THE LOCATION."
