(ckc) 08/29/2008 - called rubin and left message regarding options. (ckc) 08/27/2008 - rubin called about gettinf the sign off with dead palm trees or using the current bond to replace palms-will speak with nacho regarding options. (ckc) 08/05/2008 - call rec from rubin about palm trees. three (3) more weeks needed to nurse palm trees back to health. at three (3) weeks time-inspections will be made as to how many palm trees will need to be replaced. (ckc) 08/05/2008 - left message with rubin on status needed of progress with replacing the palm trees. (ckc) 07/10/2008 - rubin came into office and stated that he is still working on the palm trees. two week extension given. next action date 07/25/2008. (ckc) 06/16/2008 - cody and nacho met with rubin warren out in the field regarding the palm trees that needed to be replaced for a sign off. agreed to be replaced were a total of (6) six palm trees at the height of (15) fifteen feet. (2) two palms are to be looked at by a specialist to decide if they are alive or dead. rubin is to keep in contact with progress. (ckc) 06/11/2008 - notice of violation for 30 days was mailed to applicant. next action date 07/11/2008. all dead palm trees to be replaced before a sign-off for compliance is given. filed with cody. (ckc) 06/05/2008 - ruben came to the counter today for the sign-off on landscape. i explained landscape will need to most likely be replaced, but would give him a call on monday after i spoke to nacho. (ckc) 06/05/2008 - inspection completed on 05/30/2008 by cody. eight (8) palm trees at the least in question for compliance on landscape. field trip to the home depot with pictures to determine if palm trees are dead.
