Description: Wed 04/22/2015 5:25 pm description of complaint:* 1. have been suffering from feces back ups into the house for a long time. plumber says the line that runs from the house to the sewage drainage pipe is broken and that is why there is repeated back ups into the shower, tub and both toilets. you call see where something is going on in the yard with the pipes. carpets in hallways are ruined. have many photos to document what happens. 2. ceiling fell in because of leaks in one of the bedrooms. my boy is sleeping on the floor in another room because his bed is ruined and floors and carpets in his room are wet. have photos. 3. ceiling in hallway is leaking and about to fall in. paint and texture on ceiling is peeling and falling off. have photos. 4. walls in hallway are buckling in because it is also leaking in the walls. have photos. 5. there is a moldy and mildew smell in the house. 6. electrical outlets in a lot of the rooms don't work and we have to run extention cords in order to have access to electricity in some rooms. 7. electrical lines are crossed up in garage if you turn on certain things it will turn something else on or off. 8. dish washer doesn't drain water out and keep have to pour bleach inside to keep germs and smell down. 9. garbage disposal doesn't work and food particles rot inside drain and keeps water from draining out of sink. have to keep putting hand inside disposal to try to remove rotting food particles and get water to drain out of sink. submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. pamela ford 813-900-7476 email address: [email protected]
