Description: Sr23957 8/23/2015 3:46 pmi went to the office to make a maintenance report. in this meeting i spoke with the park manager maria.residents include myself(7 months pregnant age 22) homero saenz ( age 20) eric orlutegui (age 24) crystal seropian ( age 20) lucas medina (age 6) and jordan thurston (age 3). during this meeting i explained to maria that my son has severe allergies to mold, which i have medical records to prove, and that we had multiple areas in our home with mold. such as: the window unit that came with the trailer, the ceiliong in my kids' room,the ceiling in the master bedroom, the ceiling in both master bathroom and second bathroom, and in the living room ceiling. there is also what i believe to be mold growing in my shower where wood has been used to make the shower walls. the walls and support to my master bathroom shower are falling apart. i also spoke to her about the rain that comes in through my sons wall and floods the floor in their room. ( they came and patched the outside roofing, but did nothing about the walls or inside ceiling damage.) i also re mentioned that my large burner was still not fixed on my stove that was reported in may of 2015 after occupancy occurred, and that the electrical sockets in the kitchen kept shorting out and causing the refrigerator to cut off and all other appliances. we switch our breaker at least every other day when cooking. (someone was sent out to show us the breaker box and how to flip0 the breakers when it happens, but again nothing fixed.) it is now august 23rd, and we now have more maintenance issues in the home to add for a second attempt with the office. our toilet in the second bathroom runs continuously, and the bathtub is literally falling through the floor of the home. an old large piece of plywood has fallen from the ceiling in my sons room, there are multiple soft spots in our floor, panels to the wall are falling off, and our front door will no longer remain closed and will not lock. it just pushes open. picmonkey collage.jpgcontactregarding contact ashley houserfirst name ashleylast name houserphone number (616)634-8551mobile number --email address [email protected]
