Officers checked the area and located the vehicle (2011 Blk Silverado) in the 700 block of Steele Rd. After investigating the call and speaking to the driver, a male Christopher Rey Cantu was arrested for Poss. Marijuana as well as warrants and Carlos Rodriguez was arrested for Alvin PD Warrants.

On Saturday, August 22nd, 2015 at approximately 7:17 P.M. Officer responded to the front lobby of the Alvin Police Department in reference to a past sexual assault. During the investigation, it was found that the complainant`s 13 year old daughter had been sexually assaulted by her 21 year old cousin. Information was gathered and a report was later completed.
