Description: Fyi, i talked with mrs. frances alderman this morning about the re- inspection fee at 109 yorkshire dr. salisbury. she stated that she was not going to pay the re-inspection fee and asked what would be the consequence if she didn't pay. i explained to her that it was a safety issue with the installation of the gas water heater and that's why we have inspections for these installations. she stated that png came back out and checked the heater again and she thought they did a good job and she trusted their work and would not pay the re-inspection fee. she stated that she thought it was sad that we did not call people before we went out to do inspections and when they were not at home that we would charge them a re-inspection fee. i explained to her that we could not call everyone before we went out to do the inspections and if they knew they weren't going to be home that they usually made arrangements for the inspector to get in. d 2009
