Description: Sr54854caller states that she doesnt have hot water in her apartment. the complex knows she does not and hasnt assisted in any way. state she lives here with her children and as injured trying to get hot water to bathe her kids.

Description: Description of complaint: the a/c unit is leaking severely from the unit and pipes. it drips loudly and is flooding the compartment in which it is housed and has seaped through the walls flooding the carpet in the room located behind the a/c unit. mold and mildew has formed and the smell is horrific arising from the flooded capet seaping into the walls, the clothes, the bed/bedsheets and entire room making it unbearable to breath. we can nolonger utilize the room. we've reported this problem on more than one occasion. submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. demetrius sampson 8137740338 email address: [email protected]
