Description: Description of complaint: house was recently repo'd and is now bank owned. 1) in-ground pool is uncovered and not completely fenced or screened, creating an unsafe condition. the pool water is also green. 2) the yard, flower beds, etc have not been maintained in at least 6 weeks. it is all overgrown. Description: Resident has created a dump of debris and junk that is placed on his property. he has created a road from oakbrook drive to the creek and this is where he dumps all his junk and debris and there is the possibility that some of all this junk is going into this creek. the pile is an eyesore and needs to be investigated for serious code violations
