Description: 2 or more big spots in drive way of dark stuff like oil and it smells. they also let the dog poop outside in their front yard and no pick up the poop. the ols mand there drives and old truck that is really loud. isthat some type of violations of emmissions? can anything be done. if you see his wife, stay away, she is mean, a screamer and they both yell at the neighbors.
