On 04/28/15, at about 6:57AM, I was dispatched to 116 N Sixth St, Alvin TX in reference to Burglary of a Habitation. The complainant said the suspect was still in the house, however no suspect was located. A jewelry box was taken from the residence. The investigation is ongoing.

On Saturday, January 31, 2015 at approximately 7:37 pm. An Officer with the Alvin Police Department was conducting a routine residential patrol on S Sixth st and observed a vehicle to have no license plate lamps and conducted a traffic stop. During the investigation it was discovered that H/F, Brenda Fields had a suspended license due to no insurance and a active Galveston County Sheriff Office Warrant. Fields was arrested for DWLI M/C and the active warrant, than transported to the Alvin City Jail for the booking process.
