On Sunday, October 25, 2015 at approximately 7:15 pm an Officer with the Alvin Police Department was patrolling on Kost St when he observed a blue 2011 GMC truck run the stop sign located at Rosharon and Kost. The Officer conducted a traffic stop and during the investigation discovered that the driver, H/M John Garcia did possess Marijuana inside of his vehicle. That subject was arrested for Possession of Marijuana M/B and transported to the Alvin Police Department for the booking process.
