Description: Addition of a 21x12 over existing deck/jamestown/has *clearence certificate on file/smw * * 12-4-02 submitting plans for 21x12 screened porch over existing deck/ contact rodney hardy 317-9156/smw plan reviewed by jcl 12-13-02 1-6-02 called rodney hardy to let know permit was ready/smw 3/11/03...mr. koonts wb called said that he is not doing this job receive letter stating he is listed as cont. called & said that he has never been on job elec. closed for this reason.../gmh 3-31-04 spoke to charles freeman (941) 907-0195. mr. freeman received initial notification that permit was about to expire. he sold this house last year and moved to florida. he thought all insp. were complete b/c he has a bldg final. i explained that the elec. final was not done b/c we did not have a cont. listed. he mentioned that rodney hardy was the general cont. for this job and that he may remember who did the elec. work. i contacted mr. hardy and he stated that bellows elec. did the work. will attempt to contact new owners and schedule rough and final elec. inspections before permit expires. mjb notes from line 1: *3/11/03 need elect. cont..../gmh 4-16-04 new owners are james & crystal drum(454-4634) called and left message that elec.insp. still needs to be performed mjb 4-23-04 billed $55 to bellows elect for 2nd failed 520/smw 4-26-04 no duke on final/closed permit/smw
