Description: Contractor to demo existing approach and fill in with topsoil & sod and standard curb...new approach to be constructed at east end of property. new approach: 10' wide with 2 foot flares (nine feet to property) = 108 sf demo of existing approach: 10' x 9' = 90 sf, total right of way work = 198 sf plus .....12 lf of curb...lfl 06.27.11 spoke with luis lara engineer for s a . he approved for us to get permit. we will be taking out existing approach and relocating it to the left side of existing one now.the deminsions on existing approach are 8 foot x9 foot long and 12 foot wide at bottom street side.we will be making new one exact deminsions as existing.
