On 12-22-14 at approximately 1927 hrs, Alvin Police Officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Elizabeth St. in reference to a physical disturbance. Upon the Officer`s arrival and investigation, it was discovered that the altercation was between a husband and wife. It was learned that the husband was upset due to the wife coming home after drinking and then wanting to leave again. The altercation turned physical between both parties and both parties declined to pursue any type of criminal charges. The parties were separated for the night.
