On Monday September 21, 2015 at approximately 6:30am I, Officer Ray was dispatched to Coastal Coin Laundry (1305 W Sealy) in regards to theft. The case was forwarded to CID.

On Sunday, 09/20/2015, an Officer from the Alvin Police Department were dispatched to the 1300 block of W Sealy St in reference to a Welfare Check on a hispanic male laying on the ground. Upon the Officers arrival an investigation into what was taking place on scene was conducted and Renee Solis, H/M 37 yoa, was arrested for Public Intoxication M/C. The second male who was lying on the ground upon the Officers arrival to the scene was transported by Alvin EMS for further evaluation. The responding Officer wrote a report documenting the event.
