On Friday, September 25th, 2015 at approximately 3:50 A.M. Officers responded to 303 W Foley St in reference to a possible disturbance. During the investigation, a female subject was located inside the residence that the home owner did not know was there. While speaking with the female, illegal narcotic equipment was located in her belongings. After taking her into custody and transporting her to the jail, A strip search was conducted by the on-duty detention officer. During the search, Methamphetamine was located in her bra. The female was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1- F2.

On 08-12-15, at about 1:34PM, I was dispatched to 205 E Foley St, Alvin TX in reference to Fraud. The complainant, Luana Neman, believes she was scammed out of $900 by an unknown person in South Dakota for a Rottweiler puppy. The investigation is ongoing.
