On 7-30-2015 at around 10:12 AM I ran a record check on Mario Ayala, HM, 11-11-1996 to check for warrants. This was done in the area of Mustang and Verhalen Road. Ayala had been the subject earlier of suspicious activity. Ayala was again located in the same area. He was checked for warrants and two were confirmed, one for BCSO and one for Harris County.BCSO Deputy Gomez came by my scene and took custody of Ayala, transporting him directly to the BCSO Jail.
