Description: Ward mason - homeowner -replacing legacy permit 267047 - 4/6/2011 - bob tull - roundup city - new addition to existing homethis is the inspection report from the legacy permit:this is a rough in inspection of an addition to a single family dwelling. . the homeowner was present during the inspection. i gave the ok to cover with a few changes for him to make. he needs to provide gfi protection for all outlets used for construction prepossess and provide another outlet in the master bedroom to meet the outlet spacing requirements.another email is [email protected]/27/2012-not done yet7/12/12- left message on status6/19/2012- still not done yet.10/1/2012- notified wife of expiration and corrections are still not done.11/7/2012- permit expired, no final inspection
