Description: 7/11/12, sent notice of violation to eddie drake at dravins construction group for high weeds at the property. a deadline of 7/20 was set for compliance. 7/24/12, after receiving no communication from mr. drake, and observing that the high weeds had not been cut at the property, a summons was sent to dravins development group. 8/13/12, after receiving no communication from mr. drake, an e-mail was sent to both mr drake and to jeff barnwell, a realtor with remax who at one time had the property listed for sale, reminding them of the upcoming code enforcement board hearing. both mr. drake and mr. barnwell responded, with mr. drake saying that he would work to get the issue resolved prior to the board meeting. 8/23/12, i received an e-mail from mr. drake, saying his landscaper would be at the property today. here is a photo taken at approximately 1:00pm. 8/30/12, property mowed, in compliance.

Description: 9/14/11, in response to a complaint, i inspected the property at 89 canton street and found high weeds in excess of twelve inches in height throughout the property. a letter was sent to the owner, dravins development group, to bring the property into compliance by cutting the high weeds by september 30. 10/2/11, a re-inspection of the property revealed that no work had been done. a notice of violation was mailed to dravins development group, with a deadline of 10/13 for compliance. 10/10/11, i received an e-mail from eddie drake of dravens development group, asking for a one-day extension of the deadline, to 10/14, to complete the task of cutting the weeds on the property. his request for the extension was approved. 10/17/11, a re-inspection of the property revealed that no work had been done. a summons to appear was issued. 10/24/11, a re-inspection of the property revealed that a portion of the property had been mowed, but a large portion remained uncut.

Description: 11/3/08 - sent e-mail to jason at dravins regarding high weeds on perimeter of site, and deteriorated fencing. 11/6/08 - sent e-mail to eddie drake at dravins regarding high weeds and deteriorated fencing. 1/28/09, orange fencing in disrepair, sent letter to owner dravins development group. 3/5/09, sent notice of violation to dravins development group, deadline of 3/13/09 for cleanup. 3/12/09, fencing removed. 5/13/09, received complaint of stagnant water on site, took photos, sent n.o.v. to eddie drake, deadline of 5/29 to correct. 5/20/09, initial n.o.v. mailed to wrong address, resent to correct address via certified mail, deadline of 6/5 to correct. 6/20/09, n.o.v. sent on 5/20 was returned, delivery not accepted. notice was resent regular mail with a deadline of 7/7 to correct. 7/9/09, summons to appear sent to dravins via federal express. fed-ex reported "unable to deliver". 7/16/09, copies of violation notice and summons e-mailed to listing agent jeff barnwell, remax, who will forward information to principals. 7/23/09, met with jeff barnwell and rick marchiafava at site. will re-grade, cut down weeds, and remove construction material and debris. 8/21/09, inspected re-graded site, found no stagnant water. 8/27/09, at august c.e.b. meeting, dravins given until 9/30 to bring site into complete compliance, including re-grading of perimeter, repairing tree-save fencing, and adding inlet protection devices. 11/19/09, per engineering, property in compliance. update given an november meeting of the code enforcement board. 9/14/10, high grass on perimeter of property, called listing agent and left message to cut grass throughout the property. 10/30/10, grass cut, in compliance.
