Description: The following is the information a citizen submitted using the online form on the hillsborough county code enforcement complaint form. description of complaint = i want to report a home at 905 briarwood ave tampa florida. there is a man that lives there.. he has gotten loud a few times and the over flow of beer cans on the ground and in the trash it looks like he has a problem but that isnt my bussiness. sometimes he leaves the gate open and it is an eye sore. it looks to be dangerous to children and small animals. once my pet got off his lease while i was walking him. i live on the other street he ran right through that open gate i called out no one answered so i went in to get my dog. there were wires and extension cords everwhere.broken cable boxs hanging off the wall with wires exposed, dirty dishes on the table cigerette butts every where on the table and the ground. trash in the yard and on the back porch also behind the shed. if my kids were still small i would not let them play over there. there is also what looks like an empty blow up pool on the ground but when i was there it had been raining and it had at least 3-5 inches of water in the bottem of hat pool really nasty it could pose a peoblem with small children and pets.mosqiutoes were also all over the water in that pool. and it smells bad on the porch. i noticed metal debris in the second part of the back yard i wasnt going to go through with the complaint but it has been two months and standing in the street you can see it is still a mess.there used to be kids over there a lot but i havent seen any the last couple of months when i am out walking my dog. i am concerned for the residents health also. maybe the lady or the man that i see has gotten sick and needs help i don't know.i just know it needs to be addressed.thank you aconcerned neighborhood resident street number = 905 street name = briarwood ave apt./lot number = zip code = 33613 nearest major intersection = north boulevard between fletcher ave and and bearss ave what road does the location run off of? = north boulevard name of subdivision, apartment complex, or mobile home park = n/a owner name (if known) = n/a address (if known) = , apt. or lot number = complainant name = phone = email me a confirmation copy of this complaint = no submitter's email address =
