Description: Description of complaint: there seems to be some type of water leak coming from 906 hollyberry court. this water leak is a constant low flow of water running from the street gutter down past 908 and 910 hollyberry court. this water has been running for well over 1 week. we do not know the source but you will be able to see where it starts. we do not know if it is sewage, dirty swimming pool water (which this home has a pool that is uncared for with water that looks like a fish pond and attracts bugs) or if there is a water line leak. it is collecting leaves, trash and making a mess on the street. 906 hollyberry court was a home that was in foreclosure, was put to auction and purchased. the foreclosed parties still remain in the home and supposedly pay rent to the party who purchased the home at auction. there is no real upkeep of this home or property. we do ask to remain anonymous from this complaint. thank you. submitter's contact preference: i wish to remain anonymous.
