Description: Refuse down alley/papers and trash all over 07/23/07 caller states that there are continuous problems with trespassers on this empty lot of homeless that sit underneath a tree and smoke crack and other illegal drugs there is no signs posted for trespassers. the lot is filled with trash and debris that blow to neighboring yards. also the huge tree is growing over to neighbors yard causing damage. with the storms the branches are falling off and crashing into neighbors house. the treee has never been maintained and is making a lot of damage. gt csr for sched. due to trespassing on to vacant lot. sm 07/23/07
