Description: 8/26/20151:46 pm sr22939retreat at crosstown - mp park at polos llcapartment complex refuses over the course of several months (or more) to repair or unclog the storm water / waste water drain in the center of the parking driveway near dumpster area (if facing dumpster, drain to the east - in front of building twelve or 10303). during medium to heavy rains the drain backs up and covers the entire driveway/road, most or all parking spaces, and into the sidewalks near apartments with fairly deep or deep water. during storms, the roadway is nearly impassable for vehicles and the water remains up to 24 hours after a storm ends before the drain slowly works. attached photo was taken the morning after a recent storm (storm ended in the middle of the night and it had not rained for up to eight or more hours). the standing water and clogged drain cause a health and safety threat to the tenants of the non-transient apartments. address line or intersection 10303 casa palarmo dr city riverview state/province fl zip/postal code 33578

Description: Sr5232 12/17/2014 5:09 pm apts 1, 5 and 8 have all had small electrical fires/wires melting and at the cable box outside have had at least 15 wires melted/burnt due to bad electricity in the building. bright house is threatening to stop all services immediately to our building and i am scared that once that happens, our building will burn down due to bad wires inside the building. i have been in constant contact with apartment management and upper management to no avail. teco has been out and shut off power due to the building electrical issues and would not turn back on. the electrician the apartment complex hired turned back on power while a bright house tech was inside the apt getting a high reading of 146/149 (safe 120-130) but the electrician refused to see the evidence. the issue has been ongoing since oct/dec but i didn't realize what exactly was happening with the electricity until jan bc the problem presents itself in the bright house coax wires. please, i have tried once before to get into contact with you but i am terrified that once bright house disconnects their ground wire from our building that there will be a fire immediately after. the tenants in apt 1 and apt 5 also have set top boxes from brighthouse (digital cable) and they are also experiencing wires melting, smoking, etc. we don't know where else to go or what to do at this point bc the apt complex is just ignoring the issue. thank you for your time, sincerely, heather thurman regarding contact heather thurman first name heather last name thurman phone number 8134283628 mobile number -- email address [email protected]

Description: Description of complaint: i have had repeated problems with rodents in my apartment over the last six months or so. last thursday i called the complex office and told them that i had rodent nests in back of my washer and dryer. i asked that they send someone to fill the holes in the wall and floor where they are entering. i waited the entire day and no one came. i sent an email to corporate headquarters in tampa on friday relating the story and haven't heard anything. the rodents were actually trying to build nests in my living room rocking chair as well as behind my washer and dryer. i have a garbage bag with droppings and stuff they used to build their nests with. please help me with this problem and i am tired of dealing with these rodent problems. i pay my rent on time and am current for this month. thank you, jim mousseau submitter's contact preference: i wish to be contacted about this complaint. jim mousseau 813-654-9672 email address: [email protected]

Description: 10. subject: issues with my apartment complex 11. message: hello, my roommate and i have been having issues with our apartment complex and its management since we moved in on april 19th. while some of our issues (leaking fridge, non-flushing toilet, etc) were addressed, the bigger issues have not been. we have been having issues with german cockroaches and our carpets smell like animal urine. we are unable to lay on the carpet or touch it with our hands because we end up with itchy skin and sinus like issues when we touch our faces. the employees of the complex continuous tell conflicting stories and do not seem very willing to help correct the problem. this issues have been getting progressively worse over the past 3 months and we have both been experiencing respiratory issues. the hillsborough county consumer protection suggested that i contact you. i am grasping at straws because i am getting no where with the complex.
