Description: 10. subject: issues with my apartment complex 11. message: hello, my roommate and i have been having issues with our apartment complex and its management since we moved in on april 19th. while some of our issues (leaking fridge, non-flushing toilet, etc) were addressed, the bigger issues have not been. we have been having issues with german cockroaches and our carpets smell like animal urine. we are unable to lay on the carpet or touch it with our hands because we end up with itchy skin and sinus like issues when we touch our faces. the employees of the complex continuous tell conflicting stories and do not seem very willing to help correct the problem. this issues have been getting progressively worse over the past 3 months and we have both been experiencing respiratory issues. the hillsborough county consumer protection suggested that i contact you. i am grasping at straws because i am getting no where with the complex.
