Description: The electric in thehome is not upto code. i rented the home for four months. during that time the ac caught on fire, it shorted out 6 of my appliances and electronics, the wiringto the well went bad, teco has told us/them that the meter can is burnt and has to be replaced, an electrician came and told us that it needs to be brought up to code before it becomes and unsafe residence. i have moved out of the home because the land lord would not repair it. she has moved a family of 7 into this home that could be a possible death trap. i have documentation and proof of all of these complaints. my electric was over $400 every month due to continuous brown outs and power surges and the home has no grounding. please do something before someone is seriously hurt or killed. you may call me for information. i have much more.
