On 10-18-2014, I was dispatched to 1500 S. Gordon St., Alvin, TX for a report of a theft. I spoke with the victim who said she`d paid cash for a construction job that the contractor never did. She was instructed to send demand letters to the contractor. The incident was made an incident at that time.The victim did this, and then when the suspect didn`t respond, she came back in to the Alvin PD to report the matter further. A report was taken on 02-02-2015.
