Description: Sr33346 10/29/2015 5:53 pmwe live & own a home in chateau forrest mobile home park in seffner, fl, a very large tree between the road and directly in-front our home was to be cut down a year ago as promised by the park, the tree service explained they were only payed to trim it make it more stable for the time being and less weight when it fell on to our home. the trees two sections remaining divide between the two bedroom in the front and the trunk is located in the only pathway that has a ramp for all occupants to leave safely that is not a steep 7 step stairs to escape. tree has bad roots that often leave voids in the ground every time the tree leans a bit more, this has happened 5 times or more over the past year. the angle has changed from an eye perspective of lining it up with the foreground with each inspection. the trees roots are not healthy or the ground not strong enough for the tree, their is a gaping hole at the bottom where the tree is rotting, and growth of some fungi that at times gets cleaned away that apparently is also a sign of a unhealthy tree, as well as a color on bark a type of disease trees get, that is now hidden by the green vines of tiny leaves growing up the tree once again. the tree has lifted our driveway and is not only traveling in a leaning direction but the large limbs are still dropping and landing on our roof, our yard .we have been on several lists to have it removed completely, but yet again when it was looked at for the 3rd time in a few months we got today by some new tree guy conformation with the park manager standing next to him that the tree was just fine and the park was not going to cut it down unless the county told them or forced them to do so. their is also a second tree on the other side of the home west corner between us and the neighbor that is also sick and was told would come down only because the neighbor needs a driveway where the trailer has been squeezed between the two trailers to not have the neighbor park on grass. helpfirst name gilbertlast name shadwickphone number 813-203-3062mobile number --email address [email protected]

Description: Sr23909 8/22/20156:20 pmi put in a complaint about the trees above our mobile home in chateau forrest mobile home park. we have had 2 hugh limbs break off from the hugh oak trees above our home, one almost hit my kitchen window and the other one hit our shed. we see the code enforcement office drive up the street around the cul- da - sac and drive off. he never once got out of his vehicle and looked things over or even tried talking to us. then we look on line it and it says case closed. this is totally unexceptable work!!! when someone get killed or seriously hurt by one of these trees someone is going to get sued big time!!!! i am keep a log on when i have reported a problem and what has been done about it, you can be sure of that!!!!! i am going up the ladder to the next person in charge and let them know what kind of work their code enforcement officers are doing. contactregarding contact --first name jerome and loislast name teggphone number --mobile number 813 770-4866email address --
