Description: Interior work 1848 sqft: exterior work: category11: non structural demo remove plaster drywall 7 windows, doors, non bearing walls roofing flooring mat and debris cat . remove up to 1/3 of strucutral members relocate stairs with ne hangers. new floor joist in existing opening new framing drywall trim subfloor, insulation r 19 walls r38 ceiling cut and repoint brick replace 8 interior doors same size and location. replace 13 windows same size and location. replace 3 exterior doors same size and location. notice to proceed: repoint front facade where necessary; match mortar joint in color, composition, and profile as closely as possible; apply masonry on brick. on side and rear facades; strip paint, repoint, and apply masonry sealant. install on front and side, new wooden six - panel doors ( paint black ); brick in first side door. on side entrance install screen / security door to approximately match design of existing on front facade; on rear facade replace door and add security door; replace roof with rubber membrane roof on slanted flat roof and architectural shingles on gabled roof; new k-gutters on rear of building and half- round gutter on front facade; replace windows with wooden one-over-one double hung windows with baltimore bullnose widnow jambs on front and side facades. replace rear windows with vinyl one-over-one windows.
